At TANAZ, we provide high-quality products and follow strict quality checks before dispatch. Still, if any issue occurs, please read our Refund & Replacement Policy below:


1. Returns

We do not offer returns for any products. Please check the Size Chart carefully before placing an order.


2. Replacements (Damaged Products Only)

If you receive a damaged product, we offer a replacement.

To process a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number, clear photos, and a continuous opening video (without pause).
  3. Our team will verify the issue.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement (subject to availability).

Note:

  • Damage caused by customer mishandling is not covered.
  • Used / altered items cannot be replaced.

3. Refunds

If the product is eligible and approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale / Clearance products
  • Gift cards

5. Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
