We offer Free Shipping on all orders within India.

  • Processing time may be longer during festivals, sales, or high-order periods.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • TANAZ is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete while ordering.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

If you need to update your address after ordering, contact us immediately.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

TANAZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier.

In such cases:

  • Contact the delivery partner directly
  • Or reach out to us for assistance

10. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide opening video (no pause) and clear photos of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or refund based on our Refund & Replacement Policy.
